Unfortunately not. These are self-service laundromats. Each location has instructions on how to use the selected service. In addition, during opening hours, a hotline staff member is available at +48 575 150 670.

Each of our laundromats has an automatic detergent dispensing system. In standard washers, this includes laundry detergent and fabric softener. In specialist machines (for heavy soiling or pet-related washing), several washing agents plus fabric softener are used.

If the laundry is heavily soiled or has older stains, you can additionally use your own stain remover/bleach.

Yes, but only in selected machines. We have specialist washers only in four of our locations:

Please note that these washers have a 20 kg capacity, so bring more items with you.

Washing takes from 35 minutes to 55 minutes, depending on the selected program. You can choose drying from 15 minutes up to 60 minutes.

No. The washer will not unlock until the cycle is finished. However, if your laundry is left in the machine for a long time after the cycle ends, another customer may remove it and set it aside to use the washer.

1. Purchase a card by selecting “I want to buy a card” on the payment panel in one of our laundromats. A one-time card purchase costs 50 PLN, and you receive 30 PLN to use on the card (the card itself costs 20 PLN).

2. Insert the card into the “card reader” — the account balance with the available funds on the card is shown in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select washing/drying, then choose the machine number and confirm with the blue button.

4. To get the lower price, the service must be purchased using the available funds on the card. If the service costs more than your remaining balance, top up the card.

5. Insert the card into the reader and then select “Top up card”.

6. If you want to pay with cash, insert the money into the correct slot. If you want to pay by card, tap the payment terminal screen and select the amount you want, then tap your card on the terminal.

Download the Speed Queen app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account and select the location you’re interested in by entering that laundromat’s password. Top up your account and start the washers/dryers from your phone.

Yes, we do. To receive an invoice, please email your proof of purchase to biurospeedqueen@sampranie.pl along with the company VAT number (NIP) for which the invoice should be issued.

We have washers from 7 kg to 25 kg, and dryers from 15 kg to 30 kg.

We have two types of laundromats: standard ones, like at home, and ozone laundromats with a lower water temperature to protect fabric colors and structure, plus an ozonator to eliminate bacteria and germs.

1. Put your items into the washer

2. Close the door and make sure you haven’t trapped any clothing in it

3. On the washer’s touchscreen, select the wash program that suits you

4. Go to the payment panel and tap the screen

5. Select “I want to start washing” and then choose the washer number you want

6. Tap “Confirm”, then insert banknotes/coins into the correct slots. If you want to pay by card, tap the small display in the top-left corner of the panel (this is the payment terminal). When the message “Tap your card” appears, hold your card to the terminal.

7. Return to the washer and press “Start”

2. Press the door firmly so it closes properly

3. On the dryer’s touchscreen, select the drying temperature that suits you

4. Go to the payment panel and tap the screen

5. Select “I want to start drying” and then choose the dryer number you want

6. Tap “Confirm”, then insert banknotes/coins into the correct slots. If you want to pay by card, tap the small display in the top-left corner of the panel (this is the payment terminal). When the message “Tap your card” appears, hold your card to the terminal.

7. Return to the dryer and press “Start”
